SWAFS Constitution and By-Laws – Posted 05/09/2022
Based on feedback from the prior copy of the proposed changes, a new version is now available for your review. The changes have been summarized below.
Major changes include:
Constitution article 3 – recommendation for the Board of Directors to hold quarterly meetings
By-Laws article 3 – increases board of Directors reimbursement rate from 400 to 600
By-Laws article 9 – added section 3 to clarify what is included in the treasurers report
By-Laws article 12 – increased annual dues from 30 to 50 for regular membership and from 15 to 25 for student membership
Minor changes include various grammatical and formatting changes.
