A summary of the major changes include:
Constitution article three – updated wording to allow for no annual meeting to occur.
Constitution article five – updated wording to conform to changes made in article three.
By-Laws Article one section E – added clarifying wording about emeritus member dues.
By-Laws article four section 6 – added wording due to addition to constitution article three addition.
By-Laws article six – added section six
By-Laws article nine – added president-elect as possible signer.
These revisions will remain on the SWAFS website for 30 days prior to voting.
